    The Culinary Institute of America is taking its show on the road…to the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Come join our popular Culinary Boot Camp – Basic Training at the well-appointed
    New York Wine & Culinary Center, located in Canandaigua, NY. As a participant of this exciting program, you will:

    • Experience hands-on cooking and chef demonstrations
    • Learn knife skills, kitchen terminology, and a variety of cooking methods
    • Work in teams with other food enthusiasts to prepare delicious meals
    • Participate in a food and wine pairing featuring New York State wines
