Expanding the College’s Presence in Wine Country and Reestablishing an Innovative Food and Wine Destination

There’s a new food and wine lover’s dream in Napa!

In fall 2016, The Culinary Institute of America at Copia is opening its doors to visitors and the local community. After acquiring the Copia property in late 2015, we’re excited about carrying forward the facility’s original goal of providing amazing food, wine, and arts-based experiences.

Situated next to the Oxbow Public Market on First Street in downtown Napa, this newly expanded California venue will provide an array of food and wine offerings for visitors to the burgeoning Oxbow district.
