"The five and a half hours in class sped by as my son Alex and I teamed up to make grilled lamb chops along with black bean and avocado crostini. After everyone completed their dishes, we all sat down to feast on our work. Delicious!"
—Kim Swidler, Travel Gal blogger, Times Union newspaper (Albany, NY)
"Now, I want to be a chef like Chef Sandy when I grow up!"
    —Shane Tompkins, 10
"My son and I had a blast at the Family Funday Halloween Treats class at Copia. The kids got their own toque blanche and were able to dip apples in caramel, play games, and eat the snacks! Overall a wonderful bonding experience for the whole family. We will definitely be back!"
