The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio is joining with the historic Pearl to commemorate San Antonio’s 300th birthday at the festive Olé, San Antonio. From June to September, we will feature events that celebrate San Antonio’s colorful past and give you a glimpse of the city’s bright future. San Antonio’s original settlers hailed from the Canary Islands in Spain, and our programs will tell their story through specially curated classes focused on the region’s popular cuisine.
