Soy Miso Glaze

Makes 4 portions

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated


  1. In a small saucepan over medium to high heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  2. Strain the mixture and allow to cool. Place in a squeeze bottle for easy serving.
