Wasabi Mayonnaise

Makes 4 portions

  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 ounce wasabi powder


  1. Cut the cucumber and remove the seeds.
  2. Place the cucumber, mayonnaise, and wasabi powder in a food processor, and blend until the consistency is very smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture; its thickness should be like heavy cream. Place in a squeeze bottle for easy serving.
